Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Kevin Terrill earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003 from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from St. Mary's University School of Law. He served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in San Antonio from 2018 to 2023 and as an assistant district attorney at the Bexar County District Attorney's Office from 2007 to 2018. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland appointed him as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in November 2023.
