Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Kevin Gross earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2001 from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Juris Doctor in 2006 from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary. His career has included service as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, commonwealth's attorney positions in Virginia, and, from April 2021 to February 2026, service as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and was appointed as an immigration judge in March 2026.
