Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Kathryn L. DeAngelis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997 from Southampton College, a Master of Science degree in 2000 from the University of Hawaii, and a Juris Doctor in 2005 from the University of Arizona. From 2006 to July 2016 she served as a trial attorney for the Office of Immigration Litigation in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
