The Honorable Immigration Judge Jorene S Soto earned a combined Juris Doctor and Master of Arts in Latin American Studies, along with specialized credentials in refugee law and human rights, from Georgetown University. Her career includes service as a judicial law clerk at multiple immigration courts beginning in 2001, work at the Board of Immigration Appeals, and more recent service as an operational law attorney and staff judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
