Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jason R Waterloo earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in 2004 from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from West Virginia University College of Law. Before his appointment, he served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Los Angeles (2014-2018), as an assistant district attorney with the Berks County District Attorney's Office in Reading, Pennsylvania (2008-2014), and as a judicial law clerk with the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas (2007-2008).
