The Honorable Immigration Judge Florence A. Chamberlin earned a Bachelor of Science in 1991 from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor in 1996 from Hastings College of the Law. She served as managing director of the Northern Border program for Kids in Need of Defense (2020-2023) and as supervising attorney for its family separation team (2018-2020), and maintained an immigration law practice from 2002 to 2018, with earlier work in business development and immigration law in Miami from 1996 to 2001.
