Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Eric Schultz earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1990 from Canisius College and a Juris Doctor in 1995 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before his appointment, he served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Buffalo (2016-2022), practiced immigration law and removal defense litigation at Barclay Damon LLP in Buffalo (2007-2016), and was a partner at Sacks, Kolken & Schultz in Buffalo (1996-2007).
