Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Elizabeth G Lang earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from Grinnell College and both a Master of Arts and a Juris Doctor in 2004 from the University of Virginia. She worked as an assistant county attorney in Virginia and as a law clerk before serving as an assistant chief counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Orlando, Florida (2008-2017), including a period as an associate legal advisor (2013-2014). Judge Lang is a member of the Florida and Virginia State bars.
