The Honorable Immigration Judge Dimple Gupta earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from Harvard Law School. Her career included service as deputy general counsel of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, attorney with the Central Intelligence Agency's Office of General Counsel, and senior counsel to the Director of the Executive Office for Immigration Review, along with positions in the U.S. Senate, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and private practice. She is admitted to the District of Columbia and Massachusetts bars.
