Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Benjamin Rosen earned a Bachelor of Science in 1999 from Bradley University and a Juris Doctor in 2002 from the American University Washington College of Law. He served as an assistant district counsel with the former Immigration and Naturalization Service in Miami (2002-2003) and as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in Miami from 2003 to 2022, including a detail as a special assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida (2010-2013). Judge Rosen is a member of the Missouri Bar.
