Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Artie Pobjecky earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1997 from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from Baylor University School of Law. Before her appointment, she was a partner with Pobjecky & Pobjecky LLP in Winter Haven, Florida (2007-2021) and an associate attorney with J. David Pobjecky PA (2002-2007). She served as chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Central Florida Chapter (2015-2017).
