Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Andrew Calvelli earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1987 from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor in 1996 from Rutgers University School of Law. Before his appointment, he served as an administrative law judge with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (2016-2020) and with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry (2010-2016), and was in private practice in Malvern and Wayne, Pennsylvania (1996-2010).
