Background

The Honorable Immigration Judge William K Radin earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Communication in 2006 from Ohio University, a Juris Master in 2009 from Tsinghua University, and a Juris Doctor in 2009 from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He served as counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from November 2025 to May 2026, and earlier held an assistant chief counsel position beginning in July 2019. He was appointed to the Cleveland Immigration Court in May 2026 as part of the largest class of immigration judges in EOIR history.
