Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Rodger C Harris earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1976 from the University of South Florida, a Master of Business Administration in 1983 from National University, a Juris Doctor in 1987 from National University School of Law, and a Master of Judicial Studies in 2006 from the National Judicial College. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1967 to 1970 and from 1977 to 2006, initially as a naval aviator and then in varying legal and judicial positions. He is a member of the California and Ohio bars.
