Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Rebecca L. Holt earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1976 from the University of California, San Diego and a Juris Doctor in 1979 from Loyola Law School. She maintained a private law practice from 1979 until 2010 and was a regular speaker at conferences on immigration law. She was appointed an immigration judge in August 2010 and is a member of the State Bar of California.
