The Honorable Immigration Judge Paul N. Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and History in 1995 from Menlo College, a Juris Doctor in 1999 from the University of New Mexico School of Law, a Master of Public Administration in 2000, and a Master of Laws in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2003. His career has spanned federal agencies, state offices, and private practice, including service as an assistant general counsel with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, an attorney with the Texas Comptroller, and roles in immigration enforcement. He is a member of several state bars and the District of Columbia Bar and was appointed as an immigration judge in March 2026.
