Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Olga E Attia earned a Bachelor of Science in 1993 from California State University, Long Beach, and a Juris Doctor in 1996 from the University of San Diego School of Law. She served as an assistant chief counsel for ICE/DHS in San Diego from 2003 to 2017, as an assistant district counsel for INS/DOJ in San Diego from 1997 to 2003, and as a judicial law clerk in the immigration courts from 1996 to 1997.
