Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Michael Sady earned a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University in 1984 and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1988. He worked as a litigation associate at several Boston firms before serving as senior litigation counsel at the Massachusetts Port Authority (1997-2002) and as an assistant U.S. attorney in the District of Massachusetts (2002-2022). He was appointed to the Boston Immigration Court in May 2022.
