Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Marni Guerrero earned a Bachelor of Science in 1999 from Arizona State University, a Juris Doctor in 2003 from ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and a Master of International Affairs in 2010 from Columbia University. Before her appointment, she served as an assistant chief counsel for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement/DHS (2017-2018), was in private practice (2013-2017), and served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Arizona (2010-2013).
