Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Lynn Wang earned a Bachelor of Science in 1995 from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor in 2000 from South Texas College of Law. From 2018 to 2019, she served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in San Antonio. From 2015 to 2018, she served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of Texas (McAllen), and from 2007 to 2015 in the District of New Mexico (Albuquerque). Earlier she served as an assistant district attorney in New Mexico and in private practice. She is a member of the New Mexico and Texas State Bars.
