Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Lolita M Lukose earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from New York University and a Juris Doctor in 2002 from American University, Washington College of Law. She served as an assistant district attorney with the Bronx District Attorney's Office (2002-2005), an assistant attorney general for the District of Columbia (2005-2007), and an attorney advisor and assistant chief counsel roles with the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Arlington (2007-2010). From 2010 to 2019, she was a trial attorney in the Counterterrorism Section of the National Security Division at the Department of Justice.
