Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge John Milo Bryant earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1972 and a Master of Arts in 1973 from Loyola University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor in 1977 from George Mason University School of Law. Before his appointment to the bench he practiced law privately from 1983 to 1987 and served as an attorney with the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., from 1980 to 1982. He is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars.
