Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jeffry Brady earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1984 from Iowa State University, a Juris Doctor with honors in 1992 from Drake University Law School, a Master of Laws with honors in 1999 from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, and an MBA in 2019 from the University of Iowa. From 2004 to 2026 he served in various roles, including as president and general counsel for defense contract firms and as an FBI task force officer. From 1984 to 2004 he served on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps as an infantry officer and judge advocate, retiring as chief of staff of the U.S. Special Operations Command. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar.
