Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jacob T Addicott earned a Bachelor of Science in 2004 from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor in 2013 from the Florida International University College of Law. Before his appointment, he served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Miami and New York City (2016-2025) and as an assistant attorney general in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General (2013-2016).
