Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Gary E. Endelman earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1970 from the University of Virginia, a Master of Arts in 1972 and a doctorate in 1977 from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctor in 1984 from the University of Houston. Before his appointment, he served as senior counsel at Foster LLP in Houston (2011-2015), as lead immigration counsel at BP America Inc. in Houston (1995-2011), and as an attorney at Tindall & Foster P.C. in Houston (1985-1995).
