Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Chase Calder Cleveland earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctor in 2009 from the Texas Tech University School of Law. From 2023 to 2024, he served as a supervisory appellate attorney for the U.S. Army Government Appellate Division, and from 2011 to 2023 as a prosecutor in the U.S. Army at various locations. He also served as a judge advocate with the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York (2019-2021) and as trial defense counsel at Fort Bliss, Texas (2015-2017).
