Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Victoria Levin earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1988 from Wellesley College, a Master of Arts in 1995 from Boston College, and a Juris Doctor in 2004 from the University of Arizona College of Law. Before her appointment, she served as an assistant chief counsel for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Florence and Phoenix (2009-2021), a prosecutor for the Gila River Indian Community (2007-2009), and an assistant attorney general in the Arizona Attorney General's Office (2005-2007).
