Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Sujata Rodgers earned a Bachelor of Science in 2001 from Boston College and a Juris Doctor in 2004 from American University, Washington College of Law. From 2016 to 2025 she served as an administrative law judge for the Social Security Administration. She was appointed as a temporary immigration judge in October 2025.
