Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Shannon R. Holderfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2012 from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor in 2017 from the University of Tulsa College of Law. From September 2019 to May 2026, she served as a senior attorney with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and also served as a special Assistant U.S. Attorney from 2023 to 2025 and as a judicial law clerk for a federal district court from 2017 to 2018. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
