Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Robert R Mckee earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1997 from the University of Alabama, a Master of Arts in Social Sciences in 1998 from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctor in 2003 from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He served as an assistant chief counsel for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from 2010 to February 2016 and earlier managed his own firm and practiced as an associate at Watkins and Eager PLLC in Jackson, Mississippi. Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch appointed him as an immigration judge in March 2016.
