The Honorable Immigration Judge Robert McBride earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1993 from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in 1996 from the University of North Dakota, a Master of Business Administration in 2003 from Webster University, and a Juris Doctor in 2018 from the Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He held staff attorney positions from 2022 to 2025 and served as a U.S. District Court term clerk in 2019. He retired from the U.S. Air Force at the rank of lieutenant colonel in 2013.
