The Honorable Immigration Judge Robert C. Bartlemay Sr. earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1980 from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor in 1983 from the University of Toledo. Before his appointment, he served as a senior attorney and assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement/DHS in Phoenix (2007-2019), and previously served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force (1983-2007).
