The Honorable Immigration Judge Robert B. Daly was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in August 2026. Judge Daly earned a Bachelor of Science in 2009 from Western International University and a Juris Doctor in 2013 from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. From April 2025 to August 2026, Judge Daly was a sole practitioner at Abogado Rob PLLC in Queen Creek, Arizona. From December 2015 to April 2025, Judge Daly served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in Adelanto, California, and in Eloy and Florence, Arizona. From November 2013 to December 2015, Judge Daly served as a deputy public defender with the Navajo County Public Defender's Office in Holbrook, Arizona. Judge Daly is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
