Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Randall W Duncan earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1977 and a Master of Public Administration in 1985, both from the University of Georgia, and a Juris Doctor in 1995 from John Marshall Law School. From 2007 to 2016 he served in various capacities for the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in Atlanta, including as senior attorney, national security attorney, and assistant chief counsel. He was previously a deputy director for the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia (2003-2007), legal director for the Georgia Sentencing Commission (2002-2003), and an assistant district attorney for the Coweta Judicial Circuit (2000-2002).
