Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Monica M Little earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1972 and a Master of Public Administration degree in 1974, both from the University of Washington, and a Juris Doctor in 1980 from Lewis & Clark Law School. She served as an assistant chief counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, from 2003 to 2009, and previously with the former Immigration and Naturalization Service from 1995 to 2003. Earlier in her career she held positions with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Portland-area governmental agencies. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar.
