Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Molly S. Frazer earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1983 from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctor in 1986 from Drake University Law School. Before her appointment, she served as a senior attorney for U.S. Customs and Border Protection/DHS (2004-2016), as an assistant chief counsel for the former INS and ICE (2000-2004), and as sector counsel for the U.S. Border Patrol (1996-2000).
