The Honorable Immigration Judge Kathryn E Frames earned a Bachelor of Arts from Union College in 2012 and a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 2015. She served as an attorney advisor at the Adelanto Immigration Court through the Attorney General's Honors Program (2015-2017) and as an assistant chief counsel in the ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (2017-2026), specializing in human rights violators, worksite enforcement, and mental competency matters. She was appointed to the Chelmsford Immigration Court in May 2026 as part of the class of 77 immigration judges.
