The Honorable Immigration Judge Joshua Rosen earned a Bachelor of Arts (1997) from Franklin & Marshall College, a Juris Doctor (2000) from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, and a Master of Strategic Studies (2019) from the U.S. Air War College. Before his appointment, he was in private practice in Tacoma (2025-2026) and an administrative law judge with the U.S. Department of the Interior (2024-2025). His military legal career (2009-2024) included service as a trial judge with the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a colonel.
