Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Joshua D. Quidley earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2004 from Elizabeth City State University and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. From January 2019 to March 2026, when not serving in a uniformed military capacity, he served as a disability evaluation system counsel. He was appointed as a temporary immigration judge in April 2026.
