Background

The Honorable Immigration Judge Jeremy S. Sibert earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1997 from Lafayette College, a Juris Doctor in 2000 from West Virginia University College of Law, and an MBA in finance in 2018 from the University of Colorado, Denver. From 2004 to 2024, he served as an assistant U.S. attorney with offices in Del Rio, Texas, and Denver, Colorado. From 2000 to 2004, he served on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps, and he holds the rank of colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. He is a member of the Colorado State Bar.
