Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Jeffrey S Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in 1996 from Berry College and a Juris Doctor in 2006 from Florida Coastal School of Law. From 2010 to 2018, he served as an assistant U.S. attorney in Texas. From 2008 to 2010, he served as a U.S. Coast Guard Judge Advocate General Corps officer in Florida, and from 2006 to 2008 as a state attorney in Jacksonville, Florida. He continues to serve in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves Legal Services Command and is a member of the Florida Bar.
