The Honorable Immigration Judge Earle B Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science in 1979 from Atlantic Union College and a Juris Doctor in 1989 from Howard University School of Law. He served as a senior litigation counsel (2003-2004) and trial attorney (1998-2002) with the Office of Immigration Litigation, Department of Justice, in Washington, D.C. He was previously an assistant U.S. attorney in Maryland (1996-1998), senior counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission (1992-1996), an associate attorney in Detroit (1990-1992), and a law clerk to Judge Joseph W. Hatchett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (1989-1990).
