The Honorable Immigration Judge David Beyleryan earned a Bachelor of Science in 2007 from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Juris Doctor in 2011 from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He served as an assistant staff judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force and worked with a nonprofit providing legal aid in Houston (2016-2026). Earlier he was an assistant attorney general for the State of Texas (2014-2016) and a managing attorney at a legal aid organization in Oklahoma City (2013-2014). He is a member of the State Bars of Oklahoma and Texas.
