Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Dalin R Holyoak earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1997 from Southern Utah University and a Juris Doctor in 2002 from the George Washington University School of Law. Before his appointment, he served as a trial attorney in the Office of Immigration Litigation, Civil Division, U.S. Department of Justice, in Washington, D.C. and San Diego (2006-2015), and earlier practiced at Maggio & Kattar (2002-2003) and Spriggs & Hollingsworth (2003-2006) in Washington, D.C.
