The Honorable Immigration Judge Dale E Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science in 1987 from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Juris Doctor in 1994 from Pepperdine University School of Law, and an LL.M. in 1997 from the University of San Diego School of Law. His career included service as a trial attorney in the Department of Justice's Office of International Affairs, supervisory roles at the Board of Immigration Appeals, and assistant district counsel positions with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, along with extensive service as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, including deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.
