Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Chris A. Brisack earned an undergraduate degree in 1981 from the University of Nebraska and a Juris Doctor in 1985 from the University of Houston Law Center. He practiced law in McAllen, Texas for two decades, serving as a partner at Norquest & Brisack, L.L.P. from 1991 to 2004 and as an attorney at Rodriguez, Colvin, Chaney & Saenz, L.L.P. in early 2005, after earlier work with Jarvis, Schwarz & Kittleman and as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
