Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Charles Neil Floyd earned a Bachelor of Science (1991) from Harding University and a Juris Doctor (1997) from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Before his appointment, he served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army (1998-2004) and as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia (2004-2009). He then served as an assistant chief counsel for ICE, DHS, in Tacoma, Washington (2009-2018).
