Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Charles Dishman earned a Bachelor of Science in 2000 from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Juris Doctor in 2005 from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force (1996-2012), entered private law practice (2012-2017), served as Dean of Students at the University of Oklahoma College of Law (2017-2021), and served as a district judge in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma (2021-2025). He was appointed as a temporary immigration judge in October 2025. Judge Dishman is a member of the Oklahoma Bar.
