Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Bruce A. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1972 from the University of Vermont and a Juris Doctor in 1974 from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Before his appointment, he served as senior counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (2004-2006), president and chief counsel of the National Law Center for Children and Families (1995-2004), and a senior trial attorney in the DOJ Criminal Division's Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (1989-1994).
