Background
The Honorable Immigration Judge Anne Kristina Perry earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1978 from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor in 1981 from Loyola Law School. She served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of California in San Diego from 1991 to 2018, and previously as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Nevada from 1987 to 1991. Earlier she was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada (1983-1987) and a Deputy District Attorney in Clark County, Nevada (1982-1983), and she volunteered as a Judge Pro Tempore for the San Diego Superior Court from 2007 to 2018. She is a member of the Nevada State Bar and the State Bar of California.
